Afterward, we wandered to the serene Queen Sirikit Park, a tranquil escape that leads right into Wachirabenchatat Park, home to a charming little Butterfly Garden. Armed with banana pieces from one of the visitors, we tried our hand at butterfly diplomacy, and while most fluttered gracefully away from our hands, one decided my head was prime real estate. A compliment to my hygiene—or just wishful thinking on the butterfly’s part? 🦋
