Took a trip to Klinik People’s because D decided to start the Chinese New Year year with a sore throat. Got antibiotics and enough meds to make him feel like a walking pharmacy.

Then, swung by City Square for some much-needed comfort food—Roti Canai, made from ghee-kissed dough that’s theatrically tossed (or “tebar,” as the pros say) before hitting the griddle. They also had Roti Sardin on the menu, but let’s be real—I wasn’t emotionally prepared for that level of adventure. Maybe next time.
