Mar 6, 2025 – Sydney, Australia

Started the day with a coffee with my colleague and good friend, Rob. Honestly, nothing beats catching up with friends from halfway around the world. We had a blast!

After that, I wandered through the Queen Victoria Building—super classy, like the kind of place where I expect to find an old-timey butler offering me tea.

Met up with M and D at Sydney Townhall, and we made our way to Observatory Hill. Stopped by a tiny but adorable exhibition and enjoyed the view from the hill. Then hit the Rocks Discovery Museum to learn about the first European settlers in the area. Very educational, very “I’m practically a history professor now.” No, not really.

Then, in a shocking turn of events, I managed to convince myself to hit the gym. Unfortunately, D was not so easily swayed for a swim—next time, D. Tomorrow. For sure.
